The seller is Pay Store S.r.l., a company incorporated in Italy, with its operating office at Via Isacco Newton 9, 20057 Assago (MI), Italia and its registered office at Corso Umberto I 237, 80138 Napoli (NA), Italia, VAT number 08907821212 (“we”). Boom! eSIM is a brand under which we trade.
We sell travel eSIMs: network profiles you install on your phone that give you internet abroad for a set amount of data and a set number of days, both stated at the time of purchase.
Connectivity is provided by Airalo through local mobile operators. We resell those profiles: we do not run the networks and cannot change their coverage.
Unless the product page says otherwise, our eSIMs carry data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS.
Before buying, make sure your phone:
Both are properties of your device, not of our service: if either is missing the eSIM will not install, and this is the single most common reason a purchase fails. If in doubt, write to us before buying and we will check the model with you.
You choose a destination and a package, you pay on Stripe's secure page, and the contract is formed when the payment succeeds. Immediately afterwards you receive the QR code and the instructions by email.
If the payment succeeds but no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us: the eSIM is already yours and we will re-deliver it.
Prices are shown in US dollars, the currency of the catalogue, and that is the currency you are charged in. Any other currency shown on the site is an indicative conversion based on European Central Bank reference rates: the actual amount depends on the rate applied by your bank or card scheme and may differ slightly.
Prices include any taxes due, where applicable.
Delivery is electronic and immediate: we send the QR code to the email address you give at checkout. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
Check that address before paying: a wrong address is the easiest way not to receive your eSIM. If you notice a mistake, write to us and we will resend it.
The validity period starts when the profile first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it: you can buy days in advance without using anything up. A few packages start on installation instead — where that is the case, it is stated on the product page.
Speed, coverage and availability depend on local operators, on where exactly you are and on your device. We cannot guarantee a minimum speed or coverage at a specific spot.
When the data or the days run out, the connection stops. In most destinations you can top up by buying another package.
eSIMs are digital content delivered immediately after payment. The rules on withdrawal, and the cases in which you lose it, are set out in full on the Right of withdrawal page.
If the eSIM won't install or won't connect, write to us straight away at info@boomesim.com with your order number, your phone model and what you see on screen. We will check with our supplier and, if the problem lies with the profile or the network, we will refund or replace the eSIM.
This is in addition to the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
Our eSIMs are meant for personal use while travelling. You may not resell them, use them as a permanent fixed connection, or use them for unlawful purposes. In those cases the local operator may suspend the profile, and we cannot refund it.
You can send a complaint to info@boomesim.com or by certified email to paystore@pec.it. We reply within thirty days.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, without prejudice to your right to go to court.
This contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the competent court is that of your place of residence or domicile, and nothing in these terms deprives you of the mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is always the one in force on the day you bought, which we send you with your order confirmation.
