Who handles your data

The data controller is Pay Store S.r.l., Via Isacco Newton 9, 20057 Assago (MI), Italia. For anything to do with your data write to info@boomesim.com or to paystore@pec.it.

What we collect

Your email address, which reaches us from Stripe at the moment of payment. We need it to deliver your eSIM: without it we cannot.
Order data: destination, package, amount, date, order number and the identifier of the eSIM issued.
Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested. They keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

Your card details never pass through us. You enter them directly on a Stripe page: we only receive the outcome of the payment and the last digits, never the full number.

Why we process it

To give you what you bought — performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. This covers nearly everything we do with your data.
Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c): invoicing and keeping accounting records.
Site security — Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and fraud.

We do not profile you and we do not send advertising to people who haven't asked for it.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking: there is no Google Analytics and there are no advertising pixels. That is why you see no cookie banner: we would have nothing to ask you to accept.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it in order to get you your eSIM:

Airalo also operates outside the European Union. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Invoicing and order data: ten years, as tax and civil law require.
Server logs: a few months, then deleted.

What you can ask us

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to ask for a copy, for correction, erasure or restriction; you can object to certain processing and ask for portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@boomesim.com: we answer within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority of the country where you live.
